Batteries outlasted the level - Money Mike - Fort Worth, TX
I bought this level 14 months ago, used it four times to hang shelves; it has less than 15 hours of use. Each time I was finished I removed the batteries and put everything back in the case. The last time I tried to use it the laser it would not spin. I called Johnson Level and they basically said "That's too bad. Go buy another one and you should have better luck." I tried three sets of new batteries so I know that's not the issue. It's sad when the batteries outlast a level. I would not recommend Johnson Levels. The company does not care about quality.

About 20 bucks worth of tools & case. The socket case was crushed so does not hold sockets in place. Tools & handles are made from the cheapest materials & won't stand up to much use. Opposite ends of the box / open end wrenches will not fit the same bolt. Only tried to use a few of the tools so far, but all those marginal or unusable.

I ordered this kit not knowing if I would be able to make this repair, but I was able to successfully change the screen without damaging anything. I followed the video on [...]. I think with a little patience and the ability to follow instructions almost anyone could make this repair. It did take me about an hour to complete the whole thing but so far everything is working as it should.

The tools that come in the kit work well. The screw driver is magnetic and I didn't have any problems with it stripping the screws. The only tools that you actually are the suction cup, the screwdrivers, and one of the pry tools. I'm not sure why they include the guitar picks. I didn't use those at all.

The hardest part of the repair was getting the glass screen off of the frame. I heated it up, but still had to work to get it off. The video I used also included a warning about how to go around the home button to avoid damaging it.

The only difference I noticed after the repair is on the sides of the phone. The adhesive provided is only for the top and bottom and it leaves the sides slightly loose from the frame since there is no glue there. I don't think it is enough to cause any problems. Maybe someone could recommend some type of glue to use along the sides of the frame.

Iphone 3g digitizer - Zulhaj -
This item stopped working a minute after I installed it. I tried it on multiple Iphones and have concluded that the screen is at fault. Very poorly made.



Good part - xim -
This part installs with ease and looks great, after using it for a few hours it seems as good as the original. The only issue i had was the stickers to attach it, i did not align the screen and digitizer properly so when i tried to take it back apart the stickers started to separate it could just need more time to adhere better. So make sure your perfectly aligned before you set it in.

I ordered two of these for two iPhones. Installation was easy. (I used an video tutorial). The kit came with every thing I needed to get the job done. It only took 30 minutes for each phone, most of that time was removing the old glass. Both phones have been repaired for about a month now and I have had no problems. I saved about 225 bucks if repaired at the apple store, and about 0 at other places. A little patience and this the best deal around.
